Concept

Our project manager is experienced and knowledgeable to help you create a concept that best matches your lifestyle. Whether it is contemporary, modern, art deco, Dutch colonial, or mid-century modern, you can rest assured that we will find the best solution. We have extensive experience with different types of houses, including townhouse, ranch, cottage, Victorian, farmhouse, and many others.

Design

We offer interior design and architectural design services, including interior and exterior finish selection, art and furniture selection, space planning, architectural fixtures, and a lot more. We only work with ARB and RIBA registered architects and in compliance with the RIBA Outline Plan of Work. We also work with party wall surveyors, structural engineers, and other professionals specializing in design and construction. We will take care of all permits such as the building permit or planning permission.

Construction

Our skilled and experienced craftsmen are sure to complete your project in a timely manner. At 1^st Dream House we have a strict vetting policy, and all craftsmen have the required accreditation to work on both small- and large-scale projects. Whatever your project – commercial, industrial, or home construction, we can help you at every stage.

Maintenance

If you need help with building maintenance, we are here to help you get things sorted out. We have the expertise to handle any project or job, from structure damage repairs and leaks to siding, roofing, and painting. We can help with window and roof leaks, downspout and gutter inspection and maintenance, and basement waterproofing. We also offer preventive site inspections to identify potential problems and prevent further damage. Whatever the problem is, we are here to help.
