How It Works

Step 1 – Initial Meeting

Customers first meet with our head of build and one of our managers or directors. This is a no-obligation meeting to discuss your project, ideas, and requirements, whether it is a loft conversion, house extension, large extension, or a new build residence. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Just let us know whether you prefer to use your own or our architect for the drawings.

Step 2 – Quotation

We will offer a tender and detailed quotation based on the architect’s drawings and schedule of works, which includes cost estimates, scope of project, and other details. We will agree on a timeframe and schedule of payments as well. Work begins once we confirm we have received the initial payment. It is our job to ensure that your construction or renovation project remains on budget and on time.

Step 3 – The Fine Details

The next step is to discuss details such as our safety and health policy, working times, access to site, lead times, and anything else that comes up. Once everything is discussed, clarified, and agreed, we will set a timeframe and will arrange for our craftsmen and builders to start work on your project. Our builders are experienced, approachable, and polite and will try to keep things running smoothly. They will do their best to keep your home tidy and will cause minimum disruption.

Step 4 – Inspection

The last step is to inspect our work and fix any problems and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
